Initial consult is 90 minutes, subsequent sessions take approximately one hour, however our stop smoking program consists of two, 1.5 hour sessions.

Online sessions via zoom are just as effective as visiting the office, infact many people find them more beneficial.Carolyn works with clients from all over the world via zoom.
Online sessions are held from the safety and comfort of your own home.
